What Chris’s Clients Say:
This has been the best fitness experience ever. Chris has helped me so much. I have no words to describe how thankful I am. He is always there to motivate me, convincing me I’ll be able to achieve my goals. We have become really good friends. I’m very happy to work out at the Center and have Chris as a trainer.
I have been working with Chris since last year and have seen positive improvements. He is very knowledgeable and has a pleasant personality. I recommend him to anyone. I wouldn’t change a thing about him. He is an excellent trainer. I give Chris five stars!
Chris is an extremely attentive trainer who provides constant motivation. Previously, I struggled to maintain a consistent exercise routine, but Chris developed a program that works for me. Although I have not been training with him for long, already he has made a huge positive impact. Thank you, Chris.
Chris is a wonderful trainer who is very patient. I love the Aquakinetics workout. My back feels great!
Chris always listens to my concerns, and works within my limitations. My results have been tremendous! I have increased strength, stamina, and endurance. He is very encouraging and works hard to advance me to a land-based fitness program [from aquatics only]. I highly recommend Chris.
