Douglas Mack ColeRanked at the top of his Police Academy class in physical activity, Douglas has the skill needed to take fitness goals beyond expectations. He earned his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His workouts reflect his background in Integrated Reaction Plyometric Training.

Douglas’ training sessions focus on improving balance, speed, and agility. He works the body’s core for a strength that radiates throughout. He has successfully trained a variety of athletes to improve sport performance. He also is skilled at helping clients train for bodybuilding competitions
