Frank Zhong

Personal Trainer Frank Zhong provides his clients with a road map and the motivation needed to reach their fitness destination. He earned his Master of Science degree in bioengineering from Clemson University, and an additional Master of Science degree in exercise physiology from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro.

He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a certified pre- and post-natal fitness specialist through the American Fitness Professionals Association. Frank is first aid/CPR/AED certified from the American Heart Association.

He enjoys helping the Center’s diverse membership, whether through athletic training for aspiring high-level athletes or functional training for those striving to achieve more fluid, flexible movement. His workouts incorporate bodyweight conditioning, using weights for added intensity. When appropriate, he will mix in boxing and martial arts for fun and effectiveness.
