Jessica earned her personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools. She also is certified in kettlebell training from Maxwell S&C, Level 2.
She specializes in group training, often incorporating kettlebells to maximize her clients’ fitness experience. She enjoys powerlifting as a hobby and loves to enhance workouts with this method of weight training. Jessica also specializes in women’s strength training, with the philosophy that strength creates curves.

Exercises I could barely finish at the start of training are now incorporated into super-sets. In the past few months, my back-squat reached 225 pounds and my deadlift 305 pounds. Prior to training, I only would use the exercise equipment. I was too intimidated to work out with free weights. Now, free weights are the majority of my routines.
Throughout the last two years, I lost 90 pounds and gained a tremendous amount of physical and mental strength and confidence– thanks to Jessica.
