Jessica Juarez

Jessica JuarezJessica earned her personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools. She also is certified in kettlebell training from Maxwell S&C, Level 2.

She specializes in group training, often incorporating kettlebells to maximize her clients’ fitness experience. She enjoys powerlifting as a hobby and loves to enhance workouts with this method of weight training. Jessica also specializes in women’s strength training, with the philosophy that strength creates curves.

A powerlifting session puts a smile on Jessica’s face.

Jessica looks forward to helping the Center’s diverse membership reach their unique fitness goals.

I have been training with Jessica for over two years. She deserves every ounce of recognition for her hard work and dedication. When I started training with Jessica, I was extremely out of shape. Sometimes, I couldn’t complete the hour session she had planned. She was patient, continually customized my workouts, and motivated me even when I didn’t want to continue.

She has a perceptive eye for detail and form. I appreciate every piece of advice and every “Okay, just one more.” She challenges me to be my best physical self. I don’t need someone to sugarcoat things to make me happy. I need someone who makes me better and gives me guidance to get results. This is what Jessica does on a regular basis. Exercises I could barely finish at the start of training are now incorporated into super-sets. In the past few months, my back-squat reached 225 pounds and my deadlift 305 pounds. Prior to training, I only would use the exercise equipment. I was too intimidated to work out with free weights. Now, free weights are the majority of my routines.

Throughout the last two years, I lost 90 pounds and gained a tremendous amount of physical and mental strength and confidence– thanks to Jessica. I have noticed significant improvement in my energy level. Not easy after 14-hour work days! I have changed the way I look at health and how I perceive myself, realizing I can accomplish tasks I once thought impossible. Jessica has helped me transform my life.
