Personal Trainer Patrick helps members gain confidence and positive energy in all areas of life through effective, inspiring fitness programs.
He earned his personal training certification, and nutrition consultation certification, from the National Personal Training Institute. He earned an additional personal training certification, and youth training specialist certification, from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Patrick’s sessions focus on functional movements and overall training, as opposed to isolation training where the focus is very specific. He often incorporates boxing moves and kettlebells into free weight routines. Patrick enjoys working with all age groups but specializes in the senior population.
His hobbies include playing bass guitar, reaping the rewards of meditation, participating in long-distance races, working out with kettlebells, and practicing martial arts. He also loves rock-and-roll music. Mangos are Patrick’s favorite food. Fun fact: He can perform a push-up on four fingers.
