With powerlifting competitions in his future, Pedro knows how to squeeze every bit of strengthening from his training sessions.

He earned his personal training certification from the National Council on Strength & Fitness. He is CPR/AED/BLS (basic life-saving) certified through the American Red Cross. Pedro interned at the Center for 100 hours prior to his training career. He enjoys working with our diverse membership.

Pedro specializes in building muscle and decreasing fat. He also is skilled in compound movements, exercises that efficiently and effectively work multiple muscle groups. Ask him how to incorporate these into mini-workouts for when you cannot manage your full program.

His exercises focus on increasing mobility, which includes beginning each session with dynamic warm-ups. Safe progress toward fitness goals is his ultimate goal for each of his clients.
