Why did you go into Personal Training:
I got into Personal Training initially to learn more about fitness itself. I wanted to gain more knowledge and experience in how other people responded to training and how fitness influenced their lives. I wanted, and still do want, to help people understand that fitness is for everyone and that training hard yet smart will always help you achieve more, not just for your health and for your body, but for all aspects of life.
