Personal Training Manager Saleem Abu-Hala earned his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

He specializes in circuit training, both high-intensity and mini circuits. This makes every fitness session efficiently effective. Saleem also tries to incorporate a variety of unique training styles in his programs, including boxing with Muay Thai focus mitts. His philosophy is to make the unconventional your own version of conventional.
