It’s time to re-evaluate your fitness routine. Use today to audit your workout program. Is your workout getting stale? Are you seeing results? If not, talk to a trainer or Group Fitness instructor. It may be time to change up your workout. Attend a Group Fitness class and get a ticket for a re-evaluation with a trainer.
