I’ve been training with Pete for nine months. Already, I have reached many of my fitness goals. I reduced the percentage of fat in my body weight and drastically increased my lean body mass (by 10 percent in the last three months). I also have gained strength and flexibility. Pete always prepares a workout tailored to my goals. He keeps it varied so I never get complacent or bored. He is the best thing that has happened to my efforts to stay healthy.
