It has taken me three years to find a trainer who is conscious of the limitations and potential of the mature body (I’m 61 years old) and understands how to strengthen back muscles without causing injury. My doctor warned me after my spine surgery that if I ruptured another disk, I would need spinal fusion surgery.
After several conversations with Paul, I hired him as my trainer. I’m so glad I did! He understands the workings of the musculoskeletal system and how far to push you to get results without causing injury! After six weeks, my posture has improved drastically, I have a stronger core, and my flexibility is improving. He does a great job keeping you motivated, and his routines get results. More importantly, I know he takes pride in his work and really cares about my success and well-being. He watches me very closely for signs of dizziness, pain, and/or extreme fatigue. He sends me texts after workouts to assess my soreness level.
Considering my limitations, I am surprised at my progress in such a short time. I look forward to getting a new wardrobe and showing off my “Body by Paul.”
