When Paul is not doing a training session, he is looking around to see how he can help individuals by suggesting improvements to their workouts. Although we had not met, Paul approached me several times to suggest better ways for me to do particular exercises. Subsequently, he offered to reassess my fitness and design a new workout for me. He set up a new exercise routine, took the time to explain it carefully to me, and continues to offer helpful tips on how to better my technique. Paul’s helpful and friendly nature and considerable fitness knowledge have helped me improve my workouts and enjoy them more!
