He specializes in helping the Center’s diverse membership accomplish everything from improved mobility to powerlifting. His sessions include strength and conditioning exercises, as well as workouts to help achieve a healthy weight. Spain also enjoys Latin dancing, so you may be able to learn a move or two!
Spain’s Success Stories
Before working with Spain, I had no experience at the gym and no willingness to go. The gym used to scare me, so I pushed myself to start working with Spain. He helped me overcome my negative stigmas about the gym and the fitness community. He was patient when needed but pushed me to do more. He introduced me to boxing which has been incredible for me. Spain showed me that boxing was practical and that I didn’t need a specific body shape to do it. He showed me something I love and am still trying to continue. Unfortunately, I had to go back to college in a different state, but Spain has given me the tools to ensure that I can continue to box and work out from another state.
I became even more committed to fitness because of Spain. Training with him on a weekly basis has provided an excellent advantage. Spain patiently guides me while teaching me the exercises. His professionalism and expertise has helped increase my self-confidence. Also, I see tremendous results in my physical appearance and health. Since I started my training, I had two nurse assessments. Each result was better than the last. The nurse was very impressed, and proud of my hard work and commitment to a healthy lifestyle. My training experience has been enjoyable because Spain encourages me every step of the way. I am amazed by his knowledge of personal training. In Spain, the Center has a professional with integrity, respect, and good character. I highly recommend him.
There’s a point in a person’s weight loss journey when they wake up and get it. I had the determination of knowing I wanted to lose weight, but always gave up.
During the last 2 months, I have been challenged and pushed by Spain, and he has taught me a great deal. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals. I have been very impressed by his passion to help clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect with his clients. Spain is very caring and attentive to each of my needs, what my limits are, and how far he can push them. He encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet he knows how much I am capable of.
My trainer, Spain, made me want to train. I found not only the strength to lift weights, but the strength within myself to know I could achieve all that I wanted. I love the gym and the time I have spent with Spain, who genuinely cares about me, my success and my overall well-being.
I always wanted to try personal training but never had the confidence. I heard great things about the Center, so I decided to try it. On my first visit, I was beyond nervous. I never worked out alone in a gym. However, I wanted to build my confidence so I could. I met Spain and we hit it off instantly. During my evaluation, I remember laughing with Spain until my stomach was sore. He made me excited to start this journey together. He helps me stay on track with exercise as well as eating right. My results to date are largely due to Spain’s combination of diverse training methods and individualized exercise programs. He helps me set challenging yet achievable goals. Spain is passionate about fitness. It shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. He makes each workout challenging, creative, and, most importantly, fun! He also emphasizes correct form with each exercise. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy now. My balance and flexibility improved immensely. I never felt healthier and stronger. His easygoing, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere for exercise. Spain gives me the confidence I need, which helps me at the Center and in daily scenarios. I cannot thank him enough. He is the real deal in an industry full of “wannabees.” Spain is the standard by which any trainer should be measured.
