Personal Trainer Kevin strives to help members realize the positive impact fitness has on life. He earned his personal training certification from the National Personal Training Institute. His experience includes 100 hours of theory and practice of personal training, basic nutrition, anatomy, and physiology; and 200 hours of practical application of personal training. He is also CPR/AED certified.
Kevin’s fitness routines focus on resistant training, plyometrics, strength and conditioning movements, and weight training. He specializes in circuit-style training for cardio workouts that build the entire body.
During his leisure, Kevin makes time to enjoy life. He loves working out and spending time with family and friends. Kevin and his wife like to entertain together, especially by hosting backyard cookouts with neighbors and games. His other interests include collecting rare watches, football, basketball, attending comedy shows, and cars.
