Why did you go into Personal Training?
Underlying health conditions exist within my family. I not only wanted to ensure I wouldn’t be susceptible to those conditions but become their outlet to a better, healthier life. This goal grew into a passion propelling me to become a Personal Trainer. I want to introduce people to a greater version of themselves. To be the reminder that they are truly capable of accomplishing their goals.

Alex is fantastic! From our initial meeting, she listened to my goals and customized a plan to meet my needs. Her expertise and training have allowed me to come out of my comfort zone. I have always only focused on cardio and never really strength-trained. Alex has shown me that lifting weights makes me stronger, and the results were better than I imagined. Each session with her was a challenge, but it was a great accomplishment once it was done. She always pushed me through each workout and never let me quit. She was exactly what I needed to achieve my goals. She kept me accountable for my sessions and this made sure I showed up to WORK! Alex is a great trainer and is committed to helping her clients reach their fitness and health goals! From our first meeting, she made sure to understand my goals, what my baseline was, find out my capabilities and limits, and adjust all my workouts accordingly. I immediately felt and saw positive changes in myself, and definitely know I’m getting stronger. In just three months, and with a knee injury a month into my training sessions, Alex kept me positive during our sessions and maximized all the workouts so I never felt like injury set me back. Alex has reframed exercising and working out for me in a way I would never have been able to do alone.
