Having Alexandra as a trainer has been valuable in reaching my fitness goals. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful, able to make adjustments at any workout to improve. Since training with Alex, I can now perform new movements with vastly improved form. I am correcting muscular imbalances and seeing noticeable differences in strength, flexibility, and mobility. I also learned a lot about recovery, breathing, and nutrition. Thank you to Alex for helping me achieve my fitness goals. Every session is always a fun experience.
