Why did you go into Personal Training?
Sports have always been a big part of my life. I initially pursued a degree in Exercise Science, which quickly became a passion. Learning how to apply the knowledge I gained for myself and others has inspired me to shape how I want to live my life moving forward. It has become my purpose to learn and to teach.
