I served in the Army National Guard for five years. I play the drums and enjoy various styles of music. I am also fluent in French and Creole.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
From my experience serving in the Army National Guard, I saw the importance of daily physical activity. This made me want to learn more about it. How it can help improve myself, and how I can use this to help others. This ultimately led me to further my education in Personal Training and wellness.
